This feature enables merchants to have more control over their tipping settings by allowing each merchant to configure their tipping options per-fulfillment mode and input custom amounts for the default tipping options for eaters. Currently, merchants cannot configure or manage their tip settings and a default set of tipping options are configured at the country-level.

  • Payment tab in Direct Orders>Settings removed since Stripe connection is moved to Otter>Billing and tip settings moved to the fulfillment tabs

  • Enable/disable tipping per fulfillment mode

  • Input custom tip amounts for the standard 3 options

    • Example: A merchant can configure this to 18/20/25% for dine-in

  • Select the defaulted tipping option per fulfillment mode

    • Example: tipping options set as 18/20/25% and 20% is the default selected tip amount for eaters
