Can I activate my Otter account via web, prior to hardware arrival?

Yes! You can access your account by logging into app.tryotter.com/login.

  • If you created your account via the Otter Dashboard, please use the login information you created for this location when you signed up.
  • If you received your hardware in a package, it should include login information. Please use the login information provided to log in to your account.
  • If you forgot your password - Click on "Forgot Password" in the Otter app.
  • If you forgot the email used as your username, please chat or email support at question@tryotter.com with your name and restaurant address. Please request your username information and our support team will assist you.
