    • Order issues rate line chart highlighting the percentage of orders with an issue including a delta comparison for the last time period.

    • Error charges line chart highlighting the value of error charges incurred by incorrect orders such as missing or wrong items. Includes a delta comparison for the last time period.

    • Store ranking table highlighting the stores with the most error charges and the highest issue rate.

    • Time of day heat map visualizes specific days and times that incurred the most error charges and had the highest issue rate.
