Summary

The Restaurant Manager Homepage is the place where restaurant owners can go to understand how their restaurant is doing with a high level overview of their business metrics.

The Command Center is a new feature of the Homepage that provides a showcased summary of any piece of content from our apps or other sources in a widget. Clicking on the widget launches a detailed page of the information presented in the widget so the business owner can understand at a deeper level.

Features

Free Features

  • Universal filters for brand/stores, and channels
  • Order Status Widget
    • Highlights the total number of orders Received, Processing and Completed.
    • Clicking on these metrics brings you to the Orders App.
  • Availability Widget (View Only)
    • Highlights any paused channel, and how long it has been paused
  • Sales Widget
    • Highlights % of total sales, number of orders and order value
      • Ability to split by OFO or location
    • Clicking on these metrics brings you to Business Performance under the Analytics app

Paid Bundle

  • All Free features
  • Order Issues Widget
    • Highlights the total number of Cancelled Sales, Canceled Rate and dollar value of Cancelled and Missed Sales.
    • Clicking on these metrics brings you to the Operational Excellence feature under the Analytics App.
  • Availability Widget
    • Highlights any paused channel, and how long it has been paused
      • Pricing and availability depend on region
    • Allows you to pause or unpause some channels. (Paid add on)
    • Pricing and availability depend on region
      • US + CAN: Unpause stores with the Always On add-on
      • Latin America: This feature is not available
      • Europe and Middle East: This feature is not available
      • Asia Pacific Region: This feature is open to all.
    • Clicking on these metrics brings up a modal to see additional information
  • Menu Widget
    • Highlights any unavailable items across multiple locations and allows a user to change the availability status of an item from the widget.
    • Additional features include:
      • The number of all unavailable items
      • Photo of the item (If provided in the menu)
      • Location missing the items
      • # of impacted menus
      • Category of menu impacted
      • Availability status
        • Unavailable Today
        • Unavailable Indefinitely
      • Button to ‘view menus’ within the Menu App
