How to log into your Order Manager

Follow the steps outlined below to log into your Order Manager.


Once your Wi-Fi is successfully connected, sign into the Otter app.

Click the orange Otter icon at the bottom of your screen.

Enter your Order Manager Username and Password provided on a sheet that came with your hardware. 

If you misplaced that sheet, that’s fine! Your logins were also sent to the main email on file from onboarding@tryotter.com.


Having trouble logging in? Forgot your password? Reach out to Onboarding if you're a new customer, or to Support if you've logged in before!
Great! Now you can start using your tablet with ease.
