Summary

Optimizing every part of a restaurant is often the difference between succeeding or failing in the restaurant industry. Our goal is to make that optimization more discoverable and easier to action upon.  Otter Insights: Actionable Insights feature, helps Otter users generate more information from their data, including actionable steps that they can take to improve their business. This feature will be part of the Advanced Insights and Pro packages for US + C.

Insights include

  • Integrations

    • Prompt to add more OFOS when it detects a US customer is not connected to UE/GH/DD

      • CTA: Configure your Integration

  • Menus

    • Prompt to check the Menu Unavailability Report when items have been unavailable for greater than 5% of the time over the last week.

      • Action: Go to Menu Unavailability Report

    • Prompt to check on Menu Photos if less than 80% of items have photos

      • Action: Go to Menus

    • Prompt to check on Menu Descriptions if less than 80% of menu items have them

      • Action: Go to Menus

  • Availability

    • Prompt to improve availability when a store has been unavailable for >5% of time over the last week.

      • Action: See store availability report

  • Ratings

    • Prompt to check your ratings and reviews if the last 7 day average of ratings has fallen >0.5 stars compared to previous 7 day period. And there are at least 10 ratings in that period.

      • Action: Go to ratings and reviews page
