Otter Product Bundle Packages
Otter Bundles
There are three tiers of packages you can choose from:
- Otter Lite
- Otter Standard
- Otter Premium
As you move up in tiers, you unlock additional features that enhance the value and comprehensiveness of the package.
Activation Fee:
The activation fee covers the onboarding assistance required to deliver a ready-to-use product for our customers and allows us to offer a lower price point for our customers.
*The one-time activation fee is charged per location.
Otter Direct Orders Bundles
Otter also offer Direct Orders packages. These packages allow flexibility for anyone seeking an individualized approach to their online ordering experience. You can choose between:
- Digital Dine-In
- Online Ordering
- Direct Orders Full Suite
Pricing will change based on the bundle or type of Direct Order package.
Setup Fee:
Digital dine- In, Online Ordering, and the Direct Orders Full Suite all have a one-time setup fee of $100.

Payment Options
- Monthly (M2M): This is the classic "Pay-As-You-Go"; you will pay month to month with no time agreements.
- Annual (Pre-Pay): This is a 1-year agreement paid in full at the beginning.

The Otter tablet allows restaurants to manage their delivery business. This tablet allows access to Order Manager— the hub which streamlines orders from different delivery services into one interface.

Connection Range:

Can I change or update my subscription or payment option after initial setup?
Yes! Just reach out to our Customer Success Team at success@tryotter.com for any subscription plan adjustments.
Is there a limit for adding a new Otter virtual brand to my subscription?
Otter Standard and Otter Premium both include 1 Otter Virtual Brand in each package. Each additional Virtual Brand is $30/location – there is no limit or cap.
If I'm subscribed to a bundle no longer offered, once it expires— will I need to update to a new subscription?
We encourage all our existing customers to ask about our new bundles/pricing. You could gain access to more products and features with only a small difference in cost. Reach out to our Customer Success Team (success@tryotter.com) to learn more about the new bundles/pricing options.
How can I add third-party logistics (3PL) for my delivery partners?

To enable 3PL for delivery partners on Otter Lite, a corresponding add-on will need to be updated for your subscription.
For Otter Lite + Online Ordering only subscriptions there is a $10 add-on to use 3PL rates for self-delivery on delivery partner orders.
- For Otter Standard & Premium subscriptions, access to 3PL it is included in the bundle plans— it does not require an add-on or additional cost.
- For Otter Direct Orders & Online Ordering subscriptions, 3PL product can be used to fulfill non-delivery partner orders at no additional charge.
If I currently pay for POS Integrations for Order Aggregation, do I also need to pay for POS Integrations for Direct Orders?
There is no additional monthly cost for POS Integrations for Digital Dine-In and Online Ordering add-ons for the following Order Aggregation bundle subscriptions:
- Otter Lite + POS Integrations
- Otter Standard
- Otter Premium
