Otter has created packages to simplify the package selection process and ensure each customer can select what caters to their specific needs. 

Each package has its own unique features and benefits, allowing you to choose the level of service that suits your needs. Check out the breakdown below to evaluate the packages, compare costs, and decide which package fits your needs the best.

Otter Plan Packages

Otter offers two plan types:

• Order Aggregation: Consolidate online orders— helps streamline delivery orders and manage your operations with ease. Learn more here.
• Point of Sale: All-in-one ordering system— one-stop solution to handling every order across channels and locations and processing payment. Learn more here.

Otter POS Hardware Compatibility
Otter POS is uniquely compatible with Otter Hardware. POS plans do not include hardware. Hardware is available for one-time purchase or via lease for a lower processing fee.

Tablets

The Otter tablet allows restaurants to manage their delivery business. This tablet allows access to Order Manager— the hub that streamlines orders from different delivery services into one interface.

Otter App
Each Otter tablet comes with the Otter App pre-installed.

POS Terminals

The Otter POS Terminal is the device that allows restaurants to manage in-store orders and delivery business all in one place. These terminals allow access to Order Manager, as well as the Otter POS App, which streamlines both in-store and delivery platform orders into one seamless interface.

Otter POS App
Each terminal that we provide comes with the Otter POS App pre-installed.

Kiosks

Otter Kiosks offers a seamless ordering experience for guests while boosting the efficiency of restaurant staff.

Kitchen Display Systems (KDS)

A Kitchen Display System (KDS) is an electronic display tool used in restaurant kitchens to streamline and manage food preparation and order fulfillment— by replacing traditional paper tickets with digital screens that provide real-time information about incoming orders.

Printers

Bluetooth Printers

Bluetooth printers are receipt printers that connect directly to Otter tablets and POS terminals via Bluetooth for easy setup.

Connection Range: Bluetooth printers require the printer to be within a 15-foot range of the paired device in order to stay connected.

Cloud Printers

Cloud Printers are also referred to as “Hardwired Printer” because they require hard wiring (Ethernet or TP-Link) to get online.

Card Readers

Card readers allow payment to be accepted via card orders through the Otter tablet or POS terminal using a USB or Bluetooth connection.

Stripe Account Requirement
A Stripe account must be created and linked to Otter in order to use the card readers above.

• Otter Standard includes 1 Otter Virtual Brand in each package. Each additional Virtual Brand is $20/location – there is no limit or cap.
