How to Pause an Existing Promotion

Overview

This guide explains how to modify the criteria of an existing promotion if you decide to pause midway through.


Instruction to Pause

  1. Log into Otter Dashboard
    1. Enter your username and password
  2. Access the Marketing tab
    1. Open the dropdown app menu that is located at the top left of the screen.
    2. Select Marketing tab. 
  3. Pause your promotion
    1. Select Delivery App Promotions from the options on the left of the screen.
    2. Select the promotion that you want to pause and then select the corresponding ellipsis on the right-hand side of the screen. 
    3. From here you can decide whether you would like to pause the entire promotion or only pause the promotion for a specific delivery channel.
