Overview
This guide explains how to modify the criteria of an existing promotion if you decide to pause midway through.
Instruction to Pause
- Log into Otter Dashboard
- Enter your username and password
- Access the Marketing tab
- Open the dropdown app menu that is located at the top left of the screen.
- Select Marketing tab.
- Pause your promotion
- Select Delivery App Promotions from the options on the left of the screen.
- Select the promotion that you want to pause and then select the corresponding ellipsis on the right-hand side of the screen.
- From here you can decide whether you would like to pause the entire promotion or only pause the promotion for a specific delivery channel.
