Diagnosing Symptoms & Potential Causes

Follow this guide if you see any of the following:

  • You are experiencing an endless spinning wheel while paying.
    • An endless spinning wheel while paying is due to the payment method being declined. It will show how a CC failed.

 

User Instructions

  1. Please try submitting the payment again.
    • If it does not go through, it is due to the payment method being declined.

    • It will show as CC failed.

  2. If the payment is not successful, refresh the page and try again with a different payment method.

  3. Accepted Payment Methods are:
    • Credit Card
    • ACH in US
    • Bank Account
      • In US, the 3rd party we use is Plaid.
