How to use the auto-accept feature in Order Manager

Summary

This guide explains how to enable or disable order automatic acceptance. As one of the most valuable features in Order Manager, the auto-accept feature will automatically accept all incoming orders from all integrated delivery platforms, saving your staff precious time and avoiding any missed sales opportunities.

  • When enabled, your orders are automatically sent to the Active Orders tab with a default preparation time pre-defined for each platform.
  • When disabled, you will have to accept every single order manually from the specific platform which this feature is not turned on.

The auto-accept feature is optional and can be turned off for manual order acceptance whenever necessary (i.e. during peak hours, for instance).

When this feature is disabled, orders that do not get manually accepted in a certain amount of time may be canceled by some delivery platforms.

The prep times are the default for all orders incoming from any specific platform from both automatically and manually accepted orders.


User Instructions

Please note that the Auto/Manual accept button cannot be toggled on/off for Just Eat customers. Please reach out to our Support team for assistance.

 

Enabling/Disabling the Auto-Accept feature

  1. Log into Order Manager.
  2. Select the menu (☰) located at the top left corner.

    For multiple locations accounts, choose the specific location to enable or disable the auto-accept feature.
  3. Select the Integrations tab.
  4. On the Order Channels page, choose one or multiple storefronts to enable or disable the auto-accept feature.
  5. You can edit each storefront individually using the toggle button on the right-hand side or you can select multiple storefronts using the tick boxes on the left-hand side to enable or disable the auto-accept features at once.

Editing Preparation Times for Auto-Accepted Orders

  1. Log into Order Manager.
