How to Reprint Order Tickets on Order Manager

At any point, customers might want or need to reprint their orders' tickets. The following process should be used to help customers reprint order tickets when necessary.

User Instructions

Reprinting a Live Order Ticket

  1. Login into Order Manager.
  2. Select the specific order from the Active or Completed lists
  3. Tap on the Reprint ticket button on the top right-hand side of the order details pop-up.

Reprinting a Past Order Ticket

  1. Navigate to the History tab of Order Manager. 
  2. Customers should scroll down the past orders list to find the specific order that needs to be reprinted.
  3. Tap on the specific order to see its details.
  4. Select the Reprint ticket button on the top left-hand side of the pop-up window.
