How to Update Storefront Logo

Summary

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how Future Foods clients can upload a new logo and header on various Online Food Ordering (OFO) platforms. It guides customers through the process, ensuring they can effectively update their branding elements on their chosen OFOs.

User Instructions

  • Grubhub
  1. In the Grubhub dashboard, go to the ‘Profile’ tab
  2. Here you will check to see if the header and logo images are present
  3. If the header and logo images do not exist, you will need to upload them to the store’s Grubhub page

  4. Select the plus sign in the header image

  5. Select ‘upload new image
    • Choose the .jpg photo file from your computer of the respective brand that you downloaded from the Facility Brands Google Drive.
    • Wait for the upload confirmation and your image is now on Grubhub.

  •  Postmates
  1. In Postmates go to the Business tab and select the store

  2. From here, you will be able to scroll down and check for a logo and header in the ‘Location Imagery’ section on the page

  3. If the logo or header photo is absent or incorrect you will need to upload the correct image
    • Go to the Facility Brands Google Drive and find the logo or header photo file for the respective brand.
    • Click anywhere in the “logo” or “header” blue space under location imagery.
  4. A popup will appear and you will need to choose the .jpg photo file from your computer of the respective brand that you downloaded from the Facility Brands Google Drive

  5. Once you’ve selected the correct file, hit open
  6. Your image is now uploaded! 
  7. Click save in the right hand corner of the screen.

  8. Note: Logo image does not show up on the Postmates public profile, you can only view the header image from there.
  • Doordash
  1. Check on the store’s public Doordash page to see if a header and logo are present. The example does not have a header or a logo.

  2. To get a header or logo uploaded to Doordash, go to the ‘Help’ tab on the left side of the page
  3. In the ‘Help’ screen, select ‘Merchant Portal’ and then scroll down and, also, select ‘Managing Locations in Portal’

  4. Hit next and then next again on the following page
  5. Select ‘One Location’. In the ‘Additional Details’ add the message request for logo and/or header image

  6. Check the “I would like to attach additional files” box:
    • Attach the .jpg photo files of the respective brand from the Facility Brands Google Drive
    • Enter the store’s phone number (found in the smartsheet)
    • Click “Submit Form”.

  7. Note: Header and Logo requests are manually approved by Doordash. Doordash support has to review each request, so approval time will vary. Make sure to return to these listings to ensure the request and upload was successful.
