  • Wrong login credentials
  • Using Order Manager login details
  • User account not set up

Troubleshooting Steps

Important Note: After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, you will be locked out of your account and will need to utilize the Forgot Password? option or reach out to Support to resolve the issue.

Forgotten Password Troubleshooting

You can reset your password via the 'Forgot Password' link located underneath where you normally sign in. Please follow the steps below to reset your Restaurant Business Manager password.

  1. Navigate to manager.tryotter.com and click on the Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email you used to sign up and select Reset password.
    • Please note it may take up to 5 minutes to receive your reset link.
    • Please also be sure to check your Spam Folder.
