How to Add or Remove Modifiers for Future Foods

Summary

This guide explains how as a Future Foods customer you can add or remove items from your Virtual Brand menus. As a Future Foods operator you can self-manage your menu items - you will however, need to ensure you’re still within the brand guidelines for your Future Foods brands and locations.

User Instructions

  1. Log into https://manager.tryotter.com/ with your credentials
  2. Click on Menus
  3. Select your virtual brand menu you’d like to update
  4. Click “Manage items”

  5. The item selection wizard will appear
  6. Select or deselect a given item within a modifier group and “Save changes”
  7. After saving all changes, you will need to hit publish for menu(s) to reflect on one or all connected delivery apps.

Note: Please adhere to modifier constraints, including mandatory groups and minimum item requirements. Items using the specific modifier group will be displayed above your selections. If a required modifier group has minimum criteria, you can't save your selection until all requirements are met, indicated by a grey badge.
