My operator wants to change the menu item price or kitchen print, how come they can not change it from Self-Serve Menu Management?

How can I change an item’s name?
Changing an item’s name is no longer permitted in any capacity. The item name is a direct link to the licensor menu and allows us to propagate changes from a given licensor to all of its licensee menus.
