This guide will explain how to update your CloudRetail banking information directly within the Otter Dashboard.

CloudRetail Updating Otter Banking Information
Please follow the instructions below to update your baking information.
- Login to your Otter Business Manager account.
- Select the profile icon on the top right of the screen.
- From the dropdown, select the Billing tab.
- Located on the left-hand side of the screen is a column with the Payment Methods option. Select Payment Methods.
- Locate the CloudRetail option and select Edit.
- You will then have the option to update your banking information.
