How to share leads with Otter?

You should submit new leads to Otter via our Lead Submission Page using the Partner ID provided by Otter on the Partner Welcome email after signing up to the Otter Partner Program.



If your company already has a Partner Referral Process setup on your CRM or AppStore, please reach out to your Partner Account Manager or to partnerships@tryotter.com for us to be able to integrate with your existing referral process.

Lead status updates

We are thrilled to share that we will soon be launching our Otter Partner Portal for efficient management of our partnerships. Through this portal, you will be able to submit new referrals to Otter and have full visibility on the live status of those referrals so you know how much your earnings will be.

We will update you as soon as this is live to provide you with your Partner Portal login, until then please bare with us on a more manual process on lead status updates and payouts. Whenever you wish to have information on the leads you have submitted please contact us at partnerships@tryotter.com
