Summary
The Menus App is where you can manage your menu item availability and menu hours. The Menu App can be accessed from the homepage.
Menu Availability
Menu availability view is where you can manage your item availability. There are 4 main sections in this view

Top Navigation
Top navigation contains:
- View selector: You can switch between Menu Availability view and Menu Hours view
- Item tab: Allows you to view/manage all items or unavailable items
- Brand selector: You can switch between different brands
- Search: Ability can search items cross different brands
Side Navigation
Side navigation allows you to easily navigate between different categories or modifiers. For each category or modifier, there is an item amount* indicator showing to the right.
UNAVAILABLE tab, it will show the account of the unavailable items under one category or modifier. For instance, in the following screenshot, only two “Meal Deals” items are unavailable, so the amount indicator for “Meal Deals” category shows 2. All other categories' amount indicator show 0.
Item Cards
The item cards allow you to:
- Select/unselect any item by clicking on the item card
- Select/unselect all within one category by clicking the checkbox in front of the category name
If the item is unavailable, a status tag will be displayed on the bottom left of the card
Action Bar
Once an item is selected, the action bar becomes active and you can take actions for selected items.
Menu Hours
Similar to the Menu Availability view, the Menu Hours view also has 4 main sections in the view:
- Top navigation
- Side navigation
- Daily hours
- Action bar

Top Navigation
Top navigation of Menu Hours contains the following:
- View selector: Allows you to switch between Menu Hours view and Menu Availability view.
- Hours tab: Allows you to view/manage regular hours or special hours
- Brand selector: Allows you to switch between different brands
Side Navigation - Regular Hours
Side navigation helps you switch between different menus within one brand. For instance, breakfast vs dinner menus
Daily Hours - Regular Hours
Here, you are able to view and manage the daily hours for your menu.
You can toggle off a certain day to close full day.
You can tap the time box to edit their start/end time
Here, you can choose between 2 options:
- Different time options by tapping the single arrow
- Different days by tapping the double arrow on the time selection pop up modal
By clicking the three dots button, you can:
- Copy the current day’s hours to all days
- Add a new daily hour item
Action Bar - Regular Hours
Once any update has been applied, the action bar becomes active and you can do the following:
- Reset the changes back to the previously saved state
- Save the changes
Side Navigation - Special Hours
If no special hours has been set, the side navigation will be empty:
If you have already set special hours, you can switch between different existing special hours from the side navigation.
Daily Hours - Special Hours
This section allows you to view and manage your Special Hours
You can toggle on “All-day closed” when a store will be closed for a full day
If the “All-day closed” is toggled off, you can add open/close times to that day. You can also add multiple open/close times to one day by clicking the “+” button
Here, you will also be able to:
- Remove the day
- Edit the date by clicking the three dots button
Action Bar - Special Hours
Here, you can add a new day from the action bar. Once any update has been applied, you can do one of the following:
- Reset the changes back to the previous saved state
- Save the changes
