Otter POS: How to set date and time on your device

Follow this guide to configure date and time on your Otter POS device


On your device, navigate to the Settings app and select System.

Navigate to the Date and Time setting.

Then, select your Time zone.

Once saved, your date and time will reflect accurately on your POS transactions.
