Otter POS: How to view reporting

Summary

If you have Timecard enabled for your location, you’ll also have access to a new app within the Otter Dashboard called Staff. Here you can view or export reports on your employees’ working hours.

Instruction

  1. Head to your Otter Dashboard at manager.tryotter.com and select Staff from the App dropdown on the top left corner of the screen.

  2. View the Timecard data table that shows you your staff’s clocked hours.

  3. You can use the Time, Location, Role or User filters on the top right to further specify the data you need.
  4. Select Export to download the report in XLS format.
