Live Alerts: Canceled Orders

Live Alert on Canceled Orders is a new feature in Business Manager that allows you to receive a real-time alert if there are more than 3 consecutive canceled orders for a delivery channel in a given location. 


Our Live Alert on Canceled Orders feature helps you stay ahead of delivery platform pauses, ensuring you don't miss out on potential orders. It prevents your store from being penalized by the platform, keeping you online and maintaining your ranking. With this feature, you can act promptly and avoid disruptions to your business.

How to enable Live Alerts for Canceled Orders

1. Log in to Business Manager.

2. Navigate to "Settings".

3. Click "Notifications" then "Live Alerts".

4. Find "Canceled Orders Found" and select how you want to receive the alert (via SMS or email).

If that setting is not there, it means your account has not been enabled for that feature. Reach out to your account manager for support.

5. Click "Save changes".
