POS Fulfillment Modes

Learn more about each fulfillment mode and what customer details can be applied to them during the ordering process.

Dine-in Order Details


You can add the following Dine-in order details when setting the fulfillment mode for a POS order:

Optional:

  • Customer Name
  • Phone Number
  • Table Number
  • Notes

You can add the following Delivery order details when setting the fulfillment mode for a POS order:

  • Customer Name
  • Add Guest profile
  • Order notes

If manually ringing in an order for delivery, be sure the eater's address is within your set delivery radius with your courier. If the address is outside of the courier radius, a courier will not be assigned to that order.
 

Configuring Fulfillment Mode Settings in Store Management

In the Otter Dashboard Store Management app, you can configure the POS settings for each fulfillment mode based on brand, location, or organization. For more information about how to use the Store Management app, go here.

This feature is currently only available to new Otter customers. If you are seeing a different settings experience, use the steps listed in the previous section to configure your Fulfillment Mode settings.
