Otter POS: How to download transaction reports

Summary

You can view and download your POS transaction data from your Otter Dashboard anytime.

Instructions

  1. Log in to your Otter Dashboard at manager.tryotter.com/login.
  2. Navigate to the Financials app from the Apps dropdown on the top left corner of your screen.
  3. On the left-hand menu, select POS Transactions.
  4. Here, you’ll be able to view all transactions processed through your Otter POS (or Direct Orders).
  5. Filter your transaction data from the top right tabs of the table by:
    • Date
    • Stores
    • Channels
    • Payment methods
    • Fulfillment modes
  6. Easily download your transaction reports as a CSV file by selecting the blue Export data button.
PLEASE NOTE: Transaction reports are currently updated every 15 minutes
