Orders Settings in New Order Manager

At Otter, we want to make your order management easy and personalized just for you. With our Orders Settings feature, you can customize how you handle your orders. For example, you can decide when orders should be removed from your active list. Simply choose whether you want orders to be cleared after they're marked as ready or handed off. It's all about giving you control and making your experience with us as smooth as possible.

Orders Settings Instructions

1. Go to the Settings.

2. Select Orders in the left-side menu.

3. Locate the Workflow section.

4. Select if you want to clear an order from the active orders list after an order is either marked ready, or marked handed off.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I check preparation time and auto/manual order accept?

The “Orders” settings page originally hosts preparation time management, and auto/manual order accept preferences for different order channels. Now these two settings are moved to the “Storefronts” settings page. Check out here to learn more about “Storefronts” settings.
