Instructions

Once your device is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:

2. Navigate to the Devices tab in Settings to pair your device.

3. Select the new device and you’ll be prompted to add a pairing code.

4. Now click into the Otter app on your tablet or POS terminal and select “Pair device” to access your pairing code. Enter this code in your Otter Dashboard.

5. Enter this code in your Otter Dashboard. Screenshot 2024-03-29 051706.png
6. Confirm the location of your device and give it a name.
