This can be especially useful when taking payments over the phone or when the customer is not physically present to swipe or insert their card. Input the Customer's Order

Before processing the payment, make sure to input the customer's order into the POS system. This will ensure that the payment is accurately linked to the correct transaction.

Navigate to the Payment Screen

Once the order is inputted, navigate to the payment screen on the POS system. Here, you will see options for cash, credit card, and more.

Tap [More Options]

Below the cash and credit card options, tap the "More Options" button. This will expand the payment options and reveal additional payment methods.

Select Manual Entry

From the expanded payment options, select "Manual Entry." This will prompt you to manually input the customer's card details.

Enter Card Information

Enter the customer's card information, including the card number, expiration date, and security code. Double-check the information for accuracy before processing the payment.
