Overview
Order History shows all orders— from all platforms (like delivery partners, Otter POS, and other direct orders)— that have come through Otter.
Order History displays:
- Order History listed by date
- Order fulfillment
- Order details
- Canceled orders
You can view order history from your:
- Otter tablet or POS
- Otter Web Order Manager
- Otter Dashboard
Viewing Order History
To view Order History from your Otter POS, tablet, or Web Order Manager follow the steps below.
Step Process Image 1 Open the Orders app. 2 Click the order status filter.
Select History.
3 Orders will show listed by most recent date/time. 4 Click [Filter] to choose to filter by date and/or fulfillment mode. 5 Cancelled orders will show a [Cancelled] tag. 6 Click on an order for:
- Order details
- Reprint ticket
- Cancel order

Step Process Image 1 From Web Order Manager, click the = Menu. 2 Select History from the menu. 3 Orders will show listed by most recent date/time. 4 Click [Filter] to choose to filter by date and/or fulfillment mode. 5 Cancelled orders will show a [Cancelled] tag. 6 Click on an order for:
- Order details
- Reprint ticket
- Cancel order

Actioning on Orders in Order History
To cancel an order from the Order history list:
1. Click the order listed
2. Scroll to the bottom of the order details
3. Click [Cancel order]
To reprint an order ticket from the Order History list:
1. Click on the order listed
2. Click [Reprint ticket]
FAQs
- If an order's details show an estimated amount for a partner platform to receive, that is the estimated fee being paid to the integrated platform where the order was fulfilled.
