Finding Order History
Your Order History shows all delivery partner orders that have come through Otter. This section displays all the information about the order and full order history by date.
To navigate to the Order History, use the menu icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. Click on the History section on the side panel that pops out.
If you are using Native Order Manager, follow the steps below to locate Order History:
|Select Orders on the homepage.
|Select History from the order feed dropdown.
Yes! Your Order History in Otter will show your canceled orders.
A canceled order is clearly marked with a red bubble that says Cancelled on the right-hand side of the Order History page.
