Summary
Your Order History shows all delivery partner orders that have come through Otter. This section displays all the information about the order and the full order history by date.
In this section, you will learn how to navigate to the Order History section, how to filter orders and how to view canceled orders.
Navigate to Order History in Web Order Manager
On Web Order Manager, to navigate to the Order History, use the menu icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. Click on the History section on the side panel that pops out.

Filter Orders
On the history page, you can easily manage orders using filters. When you select a date, the filter instantly shows orders based on their fulfillment type for that day. You can refine your search by selecting both the date and fulfillment type or just the date.

Canceled Orders
Yes! Your Order History in Otter will show your canceled orders.
A canceled order is clearly marked with a red bubble that says Cancelled on the right-hand side of the Order History page.
