How do I access my report data?

To download a report via Business Manager

  1. Log in to Business Manager via the web at https://manager.tryotter.com/login
    • The username will be the email you used to sign up with Otter
  2. Click on Apps in the top-right menu and select Analytics from the drop-down options.

  3. Within each section of Analytics (e.g. Business Performance), you will be able to download the related report data.

NOTE: Otter has provided two logins. One for Order Manager and one for Business Manager. You cannot use one login for the other website. Your tablet login will not work if you try to access Business Manager.
