Can I activate my Otter account via web, prior to hardware arrival?

Yes! You can access your account by logging into app.tryotter.com

  • If you created your account via the Otter Dashboard, please use the login information you created for this location when you signed up.
  • If you received your hardware in a package, it should include login information. Please use the login information provided to login to your account.
  • If you forgot your password - Click on "Forgot Password" in the Otter app.
  • If you forgot the email you used as your username and need to request for your login information, please contact support and include
    • Your name
    • The name of your restaurant, and
    • The address
