- If you created your account via the Otter Dashboard, please use the login information you created for this location when you signed up.
- If you received your hardware in a package, it should include login information. Please use the login information provided to login to your account.
- If you forgot your password - Click on "Forgot Password" in the Otter app.
- If you forgot the email you used as your username and need to request for your login information, please contact support and include
- Your name
- The name of your restaurant, and
- The address
