A virtual brand is a restaurant that operates solely on delivery platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub. These brands do not have a physical storefront, so it can only be found online. Many restaurants offer virtual brands in addition to their brick-and-mortar locations to help increase orders and reach more people.
To ensure it's quick and easy, please have 4 things ready for this:
- Name of the brand
- Name of the physical store you’re cooking the food from
- The address associated with this store
- Login information for the brand and delivery partners
Note: Remember to include the PIN for Uber Eats as well
