Data in Business Manager currently takes 24-36 hours to appear in order to accurately reflect settlements and adjustments made by the delivery service or the eater after delivery. Please do not compare Business Manager data to live daily sales.

If any data continues to appear to be inaccurate, please reach out to our Support Team and include the following:

  • Store Name + brand name
  • Address
  • Delivery partner login information (including PIN for UberEats)
