How do I adjust a live order on the delivery platforms?

Summary

We are actively working with Food Delivery Companies to implement live-order adjustments. Listed below are the Food Delivery Companies that we support live-order adjustments for and the others we are actively working on. If we do not currently support live-order adjustments for the specific Food Delivery Company that is processing the food order, we recommend reaching out to the Food Delivery Company directly.

UberEats

Supported! You can now change and delete any item from an in-flight order directly from Otter Order Manager. Please note that Uber Eats does not allow a user to increase the quantity of an item.

Doordash

It is supported on Doordash API.
