To replace your printer, please contact our Support Team.

Our team usually attempts to first troubleshoot the device with you. If we can’t get it to work, we’ll be happy to send a replacement.

Q: Can I use the same label for multiple return items?

  • Yes, you can. Feel free to package all your return items in one box and use the same label to return all items.

Q: How will I receive my return shipping label?

  • If you're requesting a replacement device, we will be shipping a pre-printed return label in the box with the new equipment. If you'd like this return label e-mailed to you as well, please inform the support agent during your replacement request and they will send you an email to print out the return label.
  • If you're returning a device that's no longer being used (no replacement required) or closing your Otter account, you will receive the return shipping label via email. Please print the return label and attach it to the hardware return package.
