Otter Business Manager provides you with all of the necessary information you need to effectively manage your restaurant and it's growing demand for food delivery. Outlined below are the features included in Business Manager. To learn more about how to use these features, you can find more information in Using Business Manager.

  1. Live Monitoring - Live sales data that you can view and track in real-time. 
  2. Order History - Overall view of your restaurant's performance. The dashboard summarizes data for your sales and orders and provides you with filtering options to customize your data. 
  3. Menus - View and edit/modify your menu(s) in real-time.
  4. Virtual Brands - Filter views to review detailed information about your brand(s).
  5. Locations - Detailed information about your location(s).
  6. Integrations - Connect your delivery partners. 

Live Monitoring:

  1. View & track sales data in real-time
  2. Filter this data by location & delivery partner
  3. View revenue, total orders, in-progress orders, canceled orders, and paused storefronts.

Order History:

  1. View your performance in real time by Sales, Order Volume, Commission, Avg. Ticket and Payout
  2. Review data by various default date ranges, or use a custom date range filter
  3. Filter data by Delivery Partner
  4. Compare your performance to yesterday’s information
  5. For real time data, see a daily summary performance

Menus:

  1. View and edit/modify your menu(s) in real-time per location 
  2. Add or remove menu items & modifiers
  3. Change your menu's daily operating hours
  4. Build/modify categories within your menu (ie. Appetizers, Entrees, Desserts)

Virtual Brands:

  1. Filter views to review detailed information about your virtual brand(s)
  2. View performance, sales and other data per brand 

Locations:

  1. See your ranked top performing locations
  2. Compare your performance to the previous day
  3. View a list of all your locations
  4. Understand your performance trends - green means sales are greater than yesterday, red means they are lower

Integrations:

  1. Click/Tap on the Integrations section of the menu bar
  2. You will see two drop down options: "Connected" and "Explore"
    1. "Connected" will show you the current status of all of the connected integrations for each store and brand included in the dashboard. It also allows to fix a credential issue and to create new store connections. 
    2. "Explore" is where you can add additional integrations or brands to your stores that are not currently in your dashboard. On the "Explore" page you will see all of the different integrations available to add.
      1. Click on the delivery service provider you are looking to connect
      2. Input your delivery service login information
      3. Select the location you would like to add the integration for
      4. DONE!
