Adjusting An Order Accidentally Marked Ready For Pick Up in Web Order Manager
If you mark an order Ready for Pickup that isn’t ready yet, don’t worry! you can do one of two things:
- Click the orange Undo button at the bottom of that page that pops up after you mark an order ready for pickup
- Click back into the same order and click Mark Not Ready at the bottom of the order details
Adjusting An Order Accidentally Marked Ready For Pick Up in New Order Manager
If you are using New Order Manager, please use the following steps:
- On the order details page, select the three dots button and then select Mark unready.
