Online Ordering is Otter’s commission-free online food ordering solution that empowers your restaurant to receive orders through your own delivery channel. It works by creating a webpage for your customers to order and pay online that can be accessed via:

In order for your customers to find the online ordering website, you must list the website on different platforms like Google Business, Yelp, and Apple Business. This guide provides steps on how to locate your Otter Online Ordering URL and list it on different platforms for your customers to easily access and place orders. |
Locating the Online Ordering URL
The Online Ordering website link can be found in Otter Dashboard within the [Direct Orders] app. Follow the steps below to copy the website link that will be used for your business listings.

Navigate to the Otter Dashboard.
Click on [Apps] and select [Direct Orders] from the dropdown list. -

Under "Your Brands," click [View Stores] to see the list of stores associated with the selected brand. -
Step 3
For single-brand links, you can click [Open store link] and select [Delivery / Pickup] from the dropdown options to open your website in a new tab.The Dine-in website link is typically used for QR code ordering.
If you want all of your brands to appear in the link, click on [Open brand link] to open your website in a new tab. This website will have all your brands listed for the customer to see.
