Accessing Loyalty Reporting


Follow the steps below to access Loyalty Reporting within the Analytics app in the Otter Dashboard.

 


 

FAQs

  • Loyalty Reporting can currently only be accessed from the Analytics app in the Otter Dashboard.

  • The Loyalty Reporting data currently updates every 20 minutes.

    In the bottom right-hand corner of each report, you will see a timestamp showing when the data was last updated. The timestamp is on the Overview tab and the Order Detail tab.

  • You can hover over the information symbol Info Icon to learn more about what the data conveys.
