With Loyalty Reporting, you can measure key metrics like business revenue growth, eater value growth, overall ROI, enrollment, member engagement, and loyalty member transactions all within the Otter Dashboard.
Utilize this report to filter Loyalty information by date, brand, or location to diagnose and optimize the performance of your loyalty program.

Overview Tab
The Sales and Orders data in Loyalty Reporting can help you answer the following questions:
- Does my loyalty program help grow my business?
- Does it pay off my cost?
- Is my loyalty program healthy?
- Which part of my loyalty program should be optimized?

Order Detail Tab
In the Order Detail tab, you can view data for individual Loyalty order transactions, including order date, store name, Loyalty user ID, discounts, tip, and so much more.

Accessing Loyalty Reporting
Follow the steps below to access Loyalty Reporting within the Analytics app in the Otter Dashboard.

Step 1
Log in to the Otter Dashboard.

Click on [Apps] and select [Analytics] from the drop-down options. -
Step 3
In the left-side navigation menu, select [Loyalty Reporting]. -
Step 4
Once you are on the Loyalty Reporting page, you can view data in two different tabs:- Overview: Breakdown of sales & orders data, check size per loyalty & non-loyalty users, loyalty sign-ups per day, top visits/spenders/redemptions among loyalty customers, and loyalty discount redemption by store.
- Order Detail: Data for individual Loyalty order transactions

Step 5
Use the universal filters for Date, Brands, and Locations at the top of the page to filter the reporting data. The filter options are available on both tabs, Overview and Order Detail. -
Step 6
Click on the arrow iconto export the data as a CSV file. The export feature is available on both tabs, Overview and Order Detail.

Step 7
Click on the three vertical dotsin the top right-hand side of the screen to configure the timezone based on your preference:
- Normalized
- Local to browser
- Specific timezone
The timezone feature is available on both tabs, Overview and Order Detail.
FAQs
- Loyalty Reporting can currently only be accessed from the Analytics app in the Otter Dashboard.
- The Loyalty Reporting data currently updates every 20 minutes.
In the bottom right-hand corner of each report, you will see a timestamp showing when the data was last updated. The timestamp is on the Overview tab and the Order Detail tab.

to learn more about what the data conveys.
