Overview
The storefront marketing status must be healthy before an ad campaign can be created and scheduled for that storefront’s delivery app.
Every storefront is not required to be healthy to schedule a campaign. However, only healthy storefronts can be added to a new or existing campaign.
Storefront Connection Issues
If any of your storefronts are unhealthy, a red banner will appear at the top of the Overview and Delivery App Marketing pages.
Two types of banners could occur if you have unhealthy storefronts:

"Some of your channels are disconnected" banner
To enable the full power of marketing functionality, please login to reconnect.
Select [Reconnect] to repair the disconnected channels. -
"Some of your storefronts have connection issues" banner
Reconnect to enable the full functionality of marketing.
Select [View storefronts] to repair the storefront connection issues.
Viewing Storefronts' Health Statuses
You can view the marketing health statuses of your storefronts anytime within the Marketing app in the Otter Dashboard. Follow the steps below to learn how to review the statuses.

Step 1
Within the Otter Dashboard Marketing app, click the [Delivery App Marketing] tab in the left navigation menu.

Select [View storefronts] in the top right corner of the Delivery App Marketing page. -
Step 3
On the View storefronts page, you will see a health status badge next to each storefront channel. Click any badge for details and available repair options. -
Step 4
A pop-up will appear with the health status details for both Ads and Promotions.

Health Statuses
Learn what each storefront health status means and how to resolve the connection issue.

Healthy Status
Both Ads and Promotions connections (if applicable) are enabled, configured, and functioning correctly. You can include this storefront in your campaigns. -
Ineligible Status
The storefront is not enrolled in a plan that includes marketing campaigns.
Select [Contact support] to upgrade your Otter subscription plan. -
Degraded Status
Either the Ads or Promotions connection is not correctly configured, but not both. Click on the status to review which marketing campaign is not configured correctly.
If the issue can be resolved by reconnecting the delivery partner, the [Reconnect] button will appear for you to repair the connection. If not, you will be prompted to [Contact support] for further assistance. -
Unhealthy Status
The storefront is not correctly configured for Ads and Promotions.
If the issue can be resolved by reconnecting the delivery partner, the [Reconnect] button will appear for you to repair the connection. If not, you will be prompted to [Contact support] for further assistance.
