Social (by Yext) is a 3rd party reputation management tool that helps restaurants manage and scale their social media presence. Users can create posts with AI and publish them across Facebook, Instagram, and Google from a single platform. 

Posts can be customized by location or published in bulk, with performance metrics tracked in the Yext dashboard.

Adding Social (by Yext) to Otter

To add Social (by Yext) to your Otter subscription, reach out to the Otter Support team to get started.

InfoYext Management & Reporting
All management, maintenance, and reporting for Social (by Yext) will be done directly through the Yext Social Management Tool. You will not be able to access Yext through the Otter Dashboard.

  • $35 USD/CAD per month or $420 USD/CAD annually

     

    InfoOtter Subscription Add-on:
    This service can be added onto any Otter subscription plan. Only billing information is necessary.

     

  • No— The portal for Social (by Yext) is not available through the Otter Dashboard. To access the admin portal, go to the Yext Social Management Tool portal and log in using the credentials set up by the Otter Onboarding Team.
  • No— the Social (by Yext) service can be used by any Otter customer and does not require the use of any other product to use the service.
