Welcome to Otter! Follow along for a quick overview of how to find Helpful Articles and get in touch with our live support team through your Otter tablet. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Your tablet comes pre-configured with a "chat" button, which will help you search for Helpful Articles and connect with live support representatives!

  1. To access, click the Black Chat Icon on the Bottom Right of your Otter Tablet screen.

  2. Once you tap the Black Chat Icon. Type in a word, phrase, or question that is related to your reasoning for contacting Support.

  3. You’ll end up here, which are some great quick-help resources! Clicking into any of these will give you a more in-depth solution to the listed topic.
    If this quick-help list does not apply to the question or concern you have, feel free to tap “Live Chat” to be pushed through.

  4. When you click “Live Chat”, you will see your profile and a field to input your Message.

  5. In the message box, simply type “Hello!” or anything to get the chat going.
    Once you hit “Start Chat”, you’re off! A live agent will promptly pick you up and take care of all of your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: If you exit the chat box during a live chat it will end your chat. But if that happens, no problem! Just jump back in and pick up where you left off. Please also note, our agents are real people! For this reason, it may take a few seconds for an initial opening response.
