Where can I apply different menu hours (i.e. separate Lunch & Dinner menu hours)?

  1. Navigate to Business Manager
  2. Click on 'Apps' then select 'Menus' in the drop-down

  3. Select the menu needing hours adjustments
  4. Click on the Hours tab at the top of the page

  5. Locate the store location.
  6. Click 'Edit' at the bottom of the location box.

  7. Complete the following menu hours fields in the pop-up:
    • Enable the date (Monday - Sunday)
    • Add open and close hours
    • Use the "+" symbol next to the hours fields to add separate time-based menus (Lunch & Dinner menus hours)

  8. Click on "Publish" to make the changes


Can I have different menu hours (time-based menus)?

Yes! You can apply time-based menus (e.g Lunch Menu from 11:00am - 2:00pm, and Dinner Menu from 5:00pm - 11:00pm) by clicking the '+' sign.

Can I change multiple store hours at once? (Bulk change 1+ stores)

Yes! You can now make bulk changes to store hours. Meaning, you can now change 1+ store hours at once. Outlined below is how to do it.

  1. Navigate to Business Manager
  2. Click on 'Apps' then select 'Menus' in the drop-down

  3. From the Menus tab, click on the Bulk edit hours button on the upper right corner

  4. After selecting Bulk edit hours a pop-up screen will appear
  5. On this screen, search for the location you’d like to edit hours for or select it from the drop down menuScreenshot 2023-11-16 alle 21.02.03.png
  6. After selecting the location, select each brand you would like to update by checking off the box next to the menu name.Screenshot 2023-11-16 alle 21.07.44.png

  7. Click update hours and an Edit Hours pop up will appear

  8. Within this popup, you will have the ability to edit hours as you normally would for any location.Screenshot 2023-11-16 alle 21.08.59.png
  9. Hit Save and don’t forget to publish your menus with these new hours! Your new hours will be reflected across all brands selected on your services at your next menu publish!

Can I bulk edit special hours too?

Yes! You will be able to edit special hours across all menus at that location. Please note that special hours will only be published to services that currently support them.

Am I able to bulk edit hours across multiple locations at once?

This feature will only allow you to update multiple brands across 1 location at a time.

Does hitting ‘save’ store these new hours within Otter?

Saving hours within the bulk edit hours popup will store these new hours in Otter, but please note that a publish is required in order for these hours to appear across services.
