Where do I delete the menu? I can't delete the menu.

Select the menu > Go to menu setting > scroll down and you'll see Delete menu

Can I pause/unpause my stores from the tool?

No. You need to do it via Order Manager. Please check this article to know how to do it!

Where can I see all the menus imported/created?

When you go top Business Manager > click Menus tab > you can see the menu imported per brand.

What's a modifier?

A modifier is what you normally use to add extra items to an order. For example, if you want to sell a Burger with fries and drinks, people would select the burger and then select the sides and drink. These sides and drinks are the modifiers, so you would be able to select the type of drink, type of side to go with the burger.

How can I assign the menu to new locations?

Select the menu created > Menu settings > scroll down to Locations > click Edit > Add the location to that menu > Confirm.

Can I create promotions and publish them?

No. You would need to do that directly in the delivery platform. Alternatively, you could create a specific category with specific items and build the promotions as a special category.

Can I create different menus per location? (e.g. breakfast menu, lunch menu...)

Yes, you can.

Why am I getting an error message when trying to publish a menu?

Our system will now check if a menu is invalid when a customer attempts to publish a menu. An error messages will display the reason why the menu is invalid. The following reasons are why you may receive an error message:

  • There is an empty modifier group that has no modifier items.

  • The price is invalid.

  • The menu has nested modifiers and the OFO does not support nested modifiers.

  • The price override is invalid.

  • The name is too long.

How does it work ?

  1. Click on the Publish Button

  2. After clicking the Publish button, the publish drawer will display an icon next to the connected delivery apps. This icon will show that the menu cannot be published because of validation errors, and the user will not be able to select the delivery app. Any delivery app with a checkbox that is not disabled will still be able to be published to.

  3. Click on the View All Button

  4. After clicking the “View all” button in the yellow banner, the user can see the list of menu validation errors.
    Errors are grouped by type.  If there is only one error the user can click “Edit” to go and resolve the error.  If there are multiple errors of a type, the user can click “View all” to first a list of menu entities with the error, and then click “Edit” to go and resolve the error.
