Overview
The Voided Transactions report shows a breakdown of all first-party POS transactions that were voided. From this report, you can:
- View voids by day, reason, or staff member
- See summary of voided order details
- Filter by dates, brands, or locations
- Export void transaction reports
The Voided Orders report is only available for Otter POS subscriptions and will only show voided transactions for first-party orders placed through the Otter POS terminal.
Viewing Voided Transactions Report
The Voided Transactions report can be found from the Analytics app within the Otter Dashboard. Follow the steps below to view the Voided Orders report.
- Step 1
From the Otter Dashboard, click Apps > Analytics. Select the Void Transactions tab on the left-hand side menu.

Use the filters at the top to select the desired report view.
You can filter by:- Date
- Brand
- Locations
- Step 3
The three reports shown at the top are a quick view of Voids by Day, Reason, and Created by Staff Member. Step 4
For more information about a specific voided transaction, scroll down to view the Void Order Detail report table.
Here, you’ll be able to view details for individual voided orders, including:- Order ID
- Total Void Amount
- Voided date & time stamp

To export a report table, click the export arrow located in the top right corner of a report table.

FAQs
Yes— To change the time zone view of the Voided Transactions report click the 3 dots at the top right corner. Then click Time zone settings and select the desired time zone.
- No— You cannot make edits to the voided orders log from the Voided Transactions report.
