Branded Websites

Overview

Otter offers Branded Websites, which allow you to generate a website using your brand data, configure the website layout, and publish the website yourself. The site uses a single page template and is easy to get set up in the Otter Dashboard. The Branded Website will link directly to your Direct Orders page and acts as a powerful tool to drive commission free orders to your restaurant.

FAQs & Troubleshooting

  • The Branded Website pulls the menu associated with the brand. This is not ideal for multi-stores where their offerings are split across multiple menus. You could, however, easily build websites for individual brands within a food hall. But the Branded Website won’t support the overarching multi-store brand.
  • Yes, after configuring your website settings in the Otter Dashboard Branded Website app, you can take the URL provided by Otter and change your website domain to redirect to the Otter url with your website domain provider.
