Bluetooth Printer Setup
Rongta RP328/ RP310

Your Otter tablet should be connected to your business’s main* router network. Navigate to the Settings App (a green icon on your tablet’s homepage). |

| 2 | Go to “Connected devices - Bluetooth”. | |
| 3 | Click on “Pair new device". | |
| 4 | Select the Rongta printer (RP310 or RP328). | |
| 5 | A dialog box will open - please inform PIN 0000 and hit OK. |

Go back to the tablet’s homepage and navigate to the Otter App. Once you’ve done so, please ensure that you are signed in to the correct Order Manager account – you can verify this in the Settings page. |

| 7 | Find the small gray printer icon at the bottom of your Order Manager dashboard to view your connected printers. |

Installing a new printer is easy! Once you tap the "New Printer" button, you can add a printer from any of our supported vendors. Please select Rongta. |

Choose the printer model you want to set up on this screen, or view the complete list of our supported printers. Find your printer’s model/serial number on the sticker on the back or bottom of the printer. Otter provides models RP328 (receipt printer) and RP310 (label printer). |

Choose the connection type “Bluetooth”. The next screen shows some tips on properly setting up your printer. Use them! |

Once you tap "Find My Printer," the Otter app will scan for your printer and show it on the screen for your approval. Select your printer, and you're all set! |
