FAQs
- For some integrations, there is a self-serve option from the Otter Dashboard. Just click Profile > Settings > Integrations to explore or search for an integration to connect.
If the integration you're looking for isn't listed on that page, that doesn't mean you can't integrate that platform with your Otter account— you'll just need to reach out the Otter team for help getting connected. - If the ordering platform allows you to set a "utensils" option in the ordering platform's Merchant Portal, no further action is needed – it will automatically show up on Otter.
If the platform doesn’t have this option, you can create a mandatory modifier group in the Otter Self Serve Menu Management tool. Attach this group to all your items, and "Utensils" will appear as a modifier. This way, the option of "Utensils" will show as a modifier. Learn more on modifier groups here - If you need to update the account username for an integration, please contact our support team. We’ll help disable the current integration and assist you in setting up your new account with Otter
