Connect your Ethernet cable to your printer and an Ethernet port.

A direct Ethernet connection is the most reliable method of pairing your devices.

If you do not have an Ethernet port accessible, you can connect your Ethernet cable to your router, instead.

If a router is also out of reach, please contact Otter for further support and equipment.

Double-check the IP Address information in the slip that printed.

disclaimer-notification.svgIf the IP address is 192.168.192.168, it means it is NOT connected to the internet.

The IP Address needs to be a unique number, for example: 192.168.19.234 or 192.186.235.321 (IP address always start with 192.168).
