Changing Modes in Web Order Manager
You have the ability to switch the Otter One app from Portrait to Landscape mode. To do so, you will need to tap on the Account icon in the app and select your preferred option.
Changing Modes in New Order Manager
If you are using New Order Manager, please check the device settings and ensure the Auto-rotate screen setting is toggled on. The Otter One app will automatically rotate the screen accordingly.
